This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the Buy Tag website.

Buy Tag products are unique and produced only once an order is placed.  Buy Tag will not be held responsible and does not support or offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or has buyer's remorse.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product(s), contact us [email protected].

Damaged Product: In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Buy Tag offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 72 hours of product delivery. Please get in touch with our support team [email protected] and provide a clear photo showing the issue or issue, an explanation and your Order Confirmation.

Defects: If there is a similar defect or issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled if you contact us within the first two (2) business days of ordering [email protected].

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, please contact the shipping service provider used.

Carrier and Shipping Methods: USPS, UPS, Fedex, or another preferred courier company with tracking.

Restocking Fees: None because we do not accept returns.

Legal Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws.
